"The original intention was to have the images and
poetry side by side in one volume but due to the reluctance
of any of the Welsh
publishing houses to take the project any further I've been forced to
produce the book without images (due to high printing costs) and display
the images here instead. Ah, well, so much for grants & bursaries, guess they happen to other people."

The Chief Executive of Literature Wales also says on the LW web site
that: "Bursaries are increasingly important in difficult financial times..."
In fact just 5 out of 24 writers were unpublished writers so it
seems that 'in difficult financial times' it is well established and
published writers who seem to need taxpayers money the most... mmm? I'll
